MSI Reproductive Choices is opening a new clinic in Hove offering greater access to NHS-funded sexual health and abortion services.
People will also be able to access a full range of contraception methods through the Hove clinic, as well as STI screening for chlamydia, gonorrhoea, and HIV.
With clinics throughout Sussex, we have moved from our premises on Preston Road in Brighton to a clinic in The Agora Building on Ellen Street in Hove.
The new centre, which offers a private waiting room and spacious treatment rooms, will be easier to access, located just a short walk from Hove station and near bus stops and street parking.
The service, commissioned by NHS Sussex, offers in-person medical and surgical appointments, Monday to Friday, while our award-winning telemedicine service will enable eligible clients to consult with a nurse over the phone at a time that is convenient and provide supported care for taking medical abortion pills in their own homes.
Stephanie Pérez, MSI Reproductive Choices’ UK regional general manager in Brighton, said:
“At MSI, our goal is to ensure that everyone can make the right choice for their own body. Our new clinic will further support access to reproductive choice in Sussex, providing an accessible location for more people in the area to access high-quality healthcare.
“The new clinic, situated in Hove, prioritises privacy, comfort and flexibility, so that we can provide the best quality care to our clients. Anyone seeking abortion care will also be offered the full range of contraception methods, as well as STI screening for chlamydia, gonorrhoea, and HIV.”
In addition to the highly rated care and support provided by the clinic’s nursing staff, One Call – MSI’s national call centre – is available on 0345 300 8090 for anyone looking for further information, advice, or to book an appointment. If clients would like to talk to a nurse following their treatment, we run a dedicated 24-hour aftercare line, while an online chat service allows clients to consult quickly, confidentially and safely without the need to phone.
Unlimited counselling with independent counsellors registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy is also available for those who use the service.
