MSI Reproductive Choices UK employs over 600 people in the United Kingdom alone, all of whom are dedicated to delivering the highest quality abortion and vasectomy care.

In 2024, our Contact Centre was awarded Bronze at the UK National Contact Centre Awards, in the category ‘Giving Something Back’.

The prestigious award recognised the passion, professionalism, care and agility of the entire MSI UK team in delivering an efficient service to our clients across the UK. Based in Bristol with satellite hubs in Maidstone, Manchester, London and Brighton, our call centre “One Call” supports every one of the 100,000 clients treated by MSI UK each year. 

The recognition follows a transformational few years for the call centre, having introduced a web chat function in 2020 so that clients can more privately access essential healthcare. We also adopted a hybrid working model, allowing us to recruit from a wider talent pool. In 2023, our contact centre was awarded Silver for the Contact Centre of the Year Award.
